Have you heard of it? It's essentially MyCokeRewards, only without the codes. You just use them as a search engine instead of google (they combine google and ask for results). As you search, you are occasionally awarded with credits in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100.
They start you off with 3 when you make your account, which is already enough to get an mp3 for itunes. As you continue to build up, you can get all sorts of crap, like PS3s, Xbox 360s, DS lites, they even have a $500 e-gift card for Saks Fifth Avenue.
